At Scott’s Knots we take pride in our craftsmanship. If we have misspelled, miscolored or just plain did not give you what was ordered we will do everything to make it right. If we cannot make it right, we will refund your purchase fully, all we ask is that you return the defective product back to us at your expense in the original condition it was received.

We are sorry but we cannot refund personalized work that cannot be resold.
